Join us for a weekend in the Catskills that allows you to take up space, slow down, and be seen.

Thursday June 4 — Sunday June 7, 2020

Bovina, NY

With limited WiFi and no cell service, you can really take time to tune into the messages being offered by Spirit, reconnect with Mother Earth, and take a deep breath. This weekend is for healers and teachers. Experience breathwork, a community share group, peer discussion on how to grow your business, guided meditation, tarot and yoga. Each participant will get a 60-minute photoshoot with photographer Victoria Gockeler, in and around the property and amongst the landscape. Interested?

Say YES!

Tiffany Curren Certified Breathwork Facilitator + Healer, RYT 200

Tiffany will be guiding all breathwork sessions + journaling, and will lead the fire ceremony. Her personal experience with Breathwork has shown her the power of this intense and beautiful practice.

Her path began with an unlikely, divine moment at the young age of 5, at an ashram in Connecticut. She was quietly walking when she happened to be stopped by Swami Satchidananda, who lifted her up over his head, smiled, and gave her a new name, Shakti Prema.

She holds safe space for people to dive deep and look within, to free up space and live with purpose. She lives 30 minutes outside of NYC with her husband, kids, and three rescue dogs.

Emily Kelly RYT 500, Creator of Empty Out

In 2014 I started experiencing intense anxiety. I had just been told I was born with an abnormality that would make it challenging to carry a child. I allowed myself to be sad in private, but then pushed the emotions deep down inside. I created stories around my body and self worth. A lot of them. Out of total desperation and a google search for how to combat anxiety, I ended up in a yoga studio one evening. The rest was history.

Connecting breath with movement gives us access to so much stored information within the physical body. The combination opens the doors to our emotional body and gives us the opportunity to begin to clean house of all the build up. Once we start the process, we eventually come back home to ourselves.

Most days you can find me snuggling my sweet puppies, teaching yoga in a few local studios and intuitive movement out of my cozy home space, reading 10 books at once, and creating community through vulnerability.

Victoria Gockeler Photographer

I believe what I do is important. I believe in creativity. I believe in connection. And I believe in quality content. Which is why it's no surprise that I am completely and totally captivated and infatuated with all aspects of production. I take pride in my professionalism yet playful energy that I bring to the table. I'm a firm believer that energy and attitude is everything. Having this mentality makes it is easier for me to connect with those around me, and put the intimidation factor to rest while my lens is pointed in their direction.

My experience lies within interiors, portraiture, product, websites, weddings, corporate interviews, commercials, documentary films, speaking engagements, and any other type of events you could possibly think of. I have been working professionally with imagery and videography for the last 5 years of my life. But, my obsession started the first time I picked up a video camera in my 4th grade computer class, which is when I knew this was it for me.

Before gaining the courage to start my own business, I worked as a Marketing Manager in Denver Colorado, where my focus was photographing product, designing magazine advertisements, and running social media platforms. To my most recent experience as the Creative Content Director for a production company where shot just about everything. During this roll I worked with Dunn and Bradstreet, iHop, Khov's Four Seasons, Craft Beer and Brewing Magazine, and helped film a documentary called "Mallory."

I am on a mission to continue to grow and develop, to build relationships, and to challenge and push the limits. Paint me a picture of what it is you're looking for, and know I am both eager and exited to work together to bring those visions to life. I can't wait to get to know you!

Jennifer Kissling  Life Designer

I love being a designer and my passion lies in helping people unlock their creative potential. In the beginning of my career I was focused on the external, designing beautiful sanctuaries for my clients, styling them in couture fashions and planning lavish over the top parties. On the outside everything looked perfect, yet I couldn’t seem to escape the emptiness that I felt inside. What was it all for? I decided to move my journey inward, as I searched for answers, and it was through this process that I realized the importance of inner beauty and self love. My perception of design was transformed, designing became more expansive, and I experienced a beautiful sense of harmony that flowed between the polarizing aspects of interior and exterior.

Over time I evolved into a Life Designer, Astrologer, and Breathwork Facilitator and am so grateful for the opportunity to help people design lives they love! I would love to help you discover and connect your inner beauty, unique gifts and life purpose.  It’s time to let your light shine, from the inside out, and to watch your dreams unfold.

The Space

Our Farmhouse (the lower farmhouse in this photo) is a 6,000 square foot ‘grande dame’ Victorian mansion with one of the most colorful histories of any home in Bovina.

The Ground Floor guest areas consist of 3 large living rooms, one with circular fireplace, large kitchen, dining room that seats 16, DRY SAUNA!, shower and bathroom, and mud room.

After operating as Red Pine Farm, a 1950s farm resort that boasted a 50x50 pool, ponies, donkeys and other farm animals, the property was sold to Bob Denver, aka ‘Gilligan’ from Gilligan’s Island, in the late 60s.

Bovina locals recount stories of Denver’s wild house parties and exotic animals roaming about, including a tiger, a monkey, and an otter that lived in the pool. The pool has since been filled in, but fencing from the tiger pen and an old stone barn foundation still remain behind the house.
