Melting In LA

When I found the breathwork (that I currently practice actively) to facilitate emotional release, I was bowled over. It was a strong, powerful breath that rolled through my body and moved energy. It cleared so much stagnant energy out and created space for new possibilities. It allowed my subconscious mind to send me messages that I needed in a way that I could both handle and understand. I felt the energy move through my body, I got tingly, and I found that it left me with a crazy, natural high.

The Self-Love (Book) Club

I never felt worthy of love, so it was hard for me to see myself as lovable. I always felt love was conditional. I’ve been doing the work, digging in and really looking at the messages I’ve received and integrated, especially the ones that are false. I’ve done lots of breathwork to release those old, untrue messages. But still, there was a glimmer of “not enough” always flashing on the dashboard of my life.

What Appears To Be

Someone may look put together, have a fancy car, a nice house and, in the meantime, their entire world is caving in. Or maybe they look rebellious, but under that tough exterior is a mound of vulnerability and pain. People can be pushy, obnoxious, controlling, and inside they are just terrified. We don’t know.
